SISTER JUANITA, I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU (1674 hits)


Greetings Queen,

 

I consume a lot of dried dates and figs, do you know if either are dangerous to do, especially when on a raw food diet?

 

I researched via internet and couldn't find much information, thanks in advance.

Greetings Beloved, dates and figs are pretty good for us, and are two of the most nutritious fruits you can eat to improve your health, however, there's a limit to the amount that your body can handle, when you mean "a lot" are you talking about a small bowl/cup or a big bag?

I mean a big bag Queen, I can eat a big 32 ounce bag of Sun Dried Black Mission Figs like candy pretty much in one sitting and not feel full. I'm not fat (I'm 160 lbs) but am following a raw food diet to maintain my current weight and crave the taste the figs give me.

I figured it was a craving but chose to wait for you to answer before I said anything. Beloved, that's too many dried figs. Dried figs are natural but you're compensating with the dried figs for something. I would have never guessed that much dried figs, beloved!

Your situation can denote an iron or magnesium deficiency. This is normal today in Black people and is more frequently seen in small children and pregnant/menopausal women, but it is not natural.

Take for example a woman who consumes baking powder during her conception (9 months). Whenever you see a woman consuming baking powder, cornstarch, or a lot of crushed ice during her conception, it usually means she's lacking essential iron.

If I may ask (just to help you out), what else are you consuming in addition to the dates and figs for dietary purposes? Also, how is your health overall?
