This Is My Story and My Testimony About My Health Condition "Lee Horton" (3015 hits)

Lee returned home to Chicago to prepare his funeral. He went to the funeral director who buried his grandfather, his father and he wanted him to plan his funeral. In 2011 Brother Horton suffered a heart attack at the age of 43. He was told that he needed a heart transplant. He had 35% of his heart was full of scar tissue.

Brother Horton had another heart attack while here in Chicago, his blood pressure was 225 / 163 which could have been fatal. Now let Brother Lee Horton tell you what he did.
