The Justice System is not thinking about justice, but it thinks about JUST US. I have sit in many court rooms and listened to many judges hand out sentence after sentence to poor saps that couldn't defend themselves. The only ones who escaped this dilemma were the ones that had real lawyers and it was slim pickings even then. Most of all, I noticed that during sentencing two outcomes, no matter how major a crime, was sure to occur:
1. The criminal would serve time in jail
2. There would be probation to pay
These two things are guaranteed in the Just Us system. Probation is more guaranteed than serving time for trivial crimes like traffic tickets, small amounts of marijuana, damage to county property and the like. Why is probation so overwhelmingly issued as punishment? It don't help the criminal in any shape form or fashion except to strain him/her financially. As for the Justice System, it pays it's payroll to it's employees, build more jail systems and is used to improve the Justice System over all. So, with that said, don't expect to be any better when you get out of jail or the justice system than when you went in. The Justice System is created to keep the criminal system going CRIME IS THE LIFE BLOOD OF THE JUSTICE SYSTEM. If it wasn't, drug users would get sentenced to 10 years drug tests, high school drop-outs would mandatorily have to get their GED, Traffick violators should have to take driving lessons and their licenses suspended for a number of years (not life times). Speaking of suspended license, as I was in the court room listening to this one case, I was shock to learn that the person had his licensed suspended at age 14 and today he's 28 years old and still hadn't been able to drive. Currently, he's been in and out of jail on trail for numerous tickets for driving on suspended license. He said, that when he was 14, he ran into a car and caused what looked like 3 or 4 hundred dollars of damage, but somehow today he owes $14000 to the plaintiffs attorney. I told him to put the claim into bankruptcy. He's following my advice and he currently has his license back, but haven't save up enough money to claim chapter 7 yet. We have tools to beat the justice system, but we have to search them out or it will drain us of our life source like a succubus. Let me whisper something in your ear, "THE WAY TO PUT THE JUSTICE SYSTEM OUT OF BUSINESS - Stop committing crimes."
