Life After Tom Cruise : Scientology's " New Generation " of Celebrity Members (262 hits)

CELEBRITY GOSSIP : Tom cruise has long since been the face of Scientology, along with others like Kristy Alley and John Travolta. But for the most part Tom cruise has been the shining star, but like John and Kristy Tom is aging - now 54. And even though tom is revered the future of the churches popularity rides on their A-list celebrity members.

Although Tom is still at the top of his game as an actor, he must know that there is nothing more unbecoming than an aging mascot. And the church must know this as well and although they have said nothing publicly, they have to be looking to replace the old crew with new blood.

So who will be the new faces of Scientology going into the new millennium ? To start with not many of todays youth gravitate toward religion anyway, and with all the bad press the church has gotten over the years. It seems to be career suicide to associate yourself with the church of scientology, so finding new blood will definitely be hard.

But one rising star in the literary world sees Scientology as the future of modern religion. King Nazir Muhammad, now the founder of what he calls " Black Syientology " believes he will replace Tom as the new face of Scientology. High hopes for an amateur, but he may have something no other member has anywhere and it may prove to be more valuable than tom cruise could ever be.

Muhammad is known as " the kid with the million dollar name " because he goes by the religious title - Prophet Muhammad. A name that is known worldwide, but at the same time Muhammad is carving out a place for himself outside of the stereotypes associated with the name. King Muhammad is critically acclaimed as a literary genius and an entrepreneur that's light years ahead of his time.

And to have such a young and controversial figure on board with the church of Scientology assures the popularity of the church will not fade anytime soon. And with Muhammad's widespread popularity growing in the literary world he is sure to attract todays youth who may have never heard of the church to ask that penetrating question - What is Scientology ?
