The island of Puerto Rico (a U.S. territory) has been begging the mainland to send aid after they were smacked by back-to-back Category 5 hurricanes. Instead, Donald Trump ignored their plight for several days before Tweeting out insults aimed at the island for being massively in debt and not being able to make their infrastructure hurricane-proof. People are dying, and all Trump can do is insult them.
