Senator-Elect Doug Jones victory this week was also seen as a vindication for four Black pre-teenage girls.

Carol Robertson, Addyi May Collins, Cynthia Westley, and Denise Magnair. They lost their lives in the brutal bombing of the 16th street Baptist Church in Birmingham on September 16th 1963.
