U.S. military assessment of caravan doesn't match Trump's panic

Rachel Maddow points out that according to leaked assessment documents published by Newsweek, the U.S. military does not see the kind of threat that would warrant Donald Trump's pre-election panic deployment of 15,000 troops to the border.
