The Congress is getting a head start on the new year, just like I said Ron, doing nothing.

This is part of the Republican controlled WAR in the House and Senet I have been talking about since Trump took office. Now welcome to day Seven at the time of this report, it seems to be little or no urgency on the Republicans on Capitol Hill part to make a move on funding on Trump's wall.

I guess they are waiting on the new House coming in on Jan 3rd to make a move. WOW!

What's happening in North Carolina 9th Congressional district? It looks like the Democrats may still yet pick up another House seat?

There's no urgency in Congress, period. Nancy's in Hawaii, I'm sure you heard. She's in for a big surprise and you too Ron, if you think Trump will be the one to blink. I'd like to see him shut down the border and he just might.

Remember Steve, the Republicans still have power in both Houses and this is still apart of the war between the Republicans in it's last death throws, right before Jan 3rd, happening right before your very eyes.

Why Steve, Why would you like Trump to shut down the border?

First of all Ron, stop that lie about government control. The Republicans don't control the Senate. 60 votes are required for control of the Senate and there are not 60 Republicans in the Senate. So the President can exercise control by shutting down the border. That will bring the Senate Democrats to the table and that's why I hope he does it.

Here's why we need the wall Ron.

Police search for suspect after California officer is killed during traffic stop
Newman Police Officer Ronil Singh, 33, had called in the traffic stop early Wednesday and a few minutes later reported shots fired over his radio.

News Flash Steve, That happened on this side of the border. Big business depend on thousands of migrant workers from across the southern borders daily in the efforts to get their produce to market, keep their labor cost down and to break the unions.

No wall would have prevented this California officer from being killed. What is needed is hands on immigration laws to allow migrants working in this country to be a viable member of society, to pay tax's, to build communities and to reach that gold of citizenship in this country, that is what's needed.

Their is still one house seat that is still contested because of an election marred by alleged FRAUD. Which may mean that the Democratic may yet gain another House seat because of what's happening in North Carolina 9th Congressional district.

This is the topic Steve, do you have anything to say on this chain of events?

These topics are ALL in your video Ron. Illegal immigration costs lives. It looks like that House seat may stay vacant.

It will be the second time in five years that a Charlotte-area congressional seat has been empty. In 2014, a vacancy in the 12th District lasted more than 10 months.

That was because of the allegations of election fraud centered on Bladen County in the eastern part of the district that stretches from central Charlotte. Now at the date of this report, their was confirmation that The House will not have it's full complement of having a full House.

Instead of 435 members when the new Congress is sworn in, It will only have 434 because of what is happening in North Carolina 9th Congressional district.

This was a race called as a Republican win, it seemed like a clear call but when it came time for the North Carolina State Board of Elections to certify results of that race, it voted unanimously NOT TO CERTIFY NORTH CAROLINA'S 9th DISTRICT republican for it's shenanigans in the voting process.

The Nine member State Board made up of Four Democrats and four Republicans and one unaffiliated member, they all voted not to certify that race because of what was done during the voting process. The Republicans thought they had to cheat to maintain power in n North Carolina 9th Congressional district.

"It will remain empty until at least Jan. 11, when the state board of elections is scheduled to hold a hearing on allegations of election fraud..."

In other words Ron, the question of fraud is TBD.
