Achievement First is looking for champions and those who believe all students are capable of greatness and achievement far beyond what society has been conditioned to accept. They're looking for you.

Achievement First is a growing network of public charter schools in New York, Connecticut and Rhode Island. They know that all children deserve access to the great education they need to succeed, regardless of race, zip code or economic status. Every day, their students are proving what’s possible when potential meets opportunity.

AF is hiring across all of our geographies—Bridgeport, Hartford and New Haven, Connecticut; Brooklyn, New York; and Providence, Rhode Island.

- Special Education Teachers
- Electives Teachers
- Teachers-in-Residence - A unique teaching opportunity designed for those who want a career in education, but have little to no education experience.
