Shepard Smith began his Fox News program by blistering Rudy Giuliani and Donald Trump over their calls to investigate the Biden family.
Before William Barr came along, Trump and his bagmen tried to hide their dealings with foreign governments who they tasked with doing the wet-work they need against his political rivals, but now it's all out in the open.
Smith said, "President Trump says it doesn't matter if he talked to the president of Ukraine about investigating Joe Biden. A whistleblower reportedly says the president made a promise to a foreign leader. A watch dog calls it of urgent concern, but Congress is still trying to find out what the whistle-blower knows."

Trump wasn't talking to the Ukrainian President about 2020 Ron, he was talking to him about 2016. Once Mueller was shown to be a pathetic bust, the way was clear to investigate the investigators.

OH!!!! Shepard Smith is telling you about Rudy Giuliani and you don't believe him, I see. Smith then played video of Rudy Giuliani admitting vociferously that they wanted the Ukraine government to investigate the Bidens at Trump's behest.
After the crazed interview of Rudy finished, Smith said, "The subject matter about which they were speaking is a debunked conspiracy theory."
In roughly 3 minutes Shepard Smith encapsulated the entire conspiracy between Trump, Rudy Giuliani and the Ukrainian government.
And it's one in which impeachment proceedings should begin immediately if the evidence tells us this is what happened and I am sure we will find out more about what Trump has done.

I am talking about this interview. Steve, Rudy did immediately clarified his meaning alright.
Here's what happen:
Cuomo asked, "Did you ask Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden?"
RUDY: "No, actually I didn't," Rudy replied. "I asked Ukraine to investigate the allegations that there was interference in the election of 2016 by the Ukrainians for the benefit of Hillary Clinton..."
Now that is what Rudy said after he said "NO" He immediately clarified his meaning, by his attempt to throw off the direction of the question by talking about Hillary Clinton. You did see that in this report, now didn't you?
Cuomo pressed. "You never asked anything about Hunter Biden? You never asked anything about Joe Biden?"
RUDY: "The only thing I asked about Joe Biden is to get to the bottom of how it was [garbled) who was appointed dismissed the case against ANTAC, " Giuliani admitted.
"So you did ask you the Ukraine to look into Joe Biden," Cuomo repeated.
RUDY: "Of course I did!" Giuliani screamed.
Cuomo yelled back, "You just said you didn't!"
"No, I asked them to look into the allegations which related to my client which tangentially involved Joe Biden in a massive bribery scheme not unlike what he did in China, " Rudy babbled.
One more time, Cuomo tried. "I asked you did you look Ukraine to look at Joe Biden? You said no. Then you went on to say that you did. it's all -- it's all recorded," he reminded Rudy.
Steve, Do you believe RUBY lied at first when Cuomo asked RUDY, "Did you ask Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden?"
