Opinion / The New Jim Crow Era in America

Jim Crow was the name of the racial caste system which operated primarily, but not exclusively in southern and border states, between 1877 and the mid-1960s. Jim Crow was more than a series of rigid anti-black laws. It was a way of life. Under Jim Crow, African Americans were relegated to the status of second class citizens.
Jim Crow represented the legitimization of anti-black racism. Many Christian ministers and theologians taught that whites were the Chosen people, blacks were cursed to be servants, and God supported racial segregation. - And today the same applies to Muslims.
But unlike the Jim Crow Laws of old [ slamophobia ] is not based on Laws as of yet, but instead a system that plays on bigotry , assumptions and stereotypes. Therefore, it can not be fought in court because everyone is entitled to their own opinion. So even though Islamophobia can be used to segregate and economicly cripple Muslims - no one can be accused of breaking laws or violating civil rights.
So it is my conclusion that the Muslim community will endure a far worse sojourn than blacks did during the days of Jim Crow. Because the events of September 11th is forever the defining point of reference when Muslims are considered. And because of that Muslims will never find equality outside of a designated Muslim country. Therefore, Muslims around the world should consider the inevitable and migrate to the Homeland of Islam which is the middle east. - A suggestion you will find that 95% of all non Muslims will agree with.
