The title of a chapter from one of my published works as recorded in my book, "Spirit of the Soul and The Death of Morals!" It was published (re-published) and claimed by someone who imagines to be an author. The just and honored role of authorship can only be claimed by someone who has originally begotten written works; or a published work entitling such a claim.
I have reached out to Ms. Lois Ugbe, offering the opportunity to make amends to her work. "The Awakening Dream" was concepted by me, and no one else. I've published the passage to my maiden posting site, 'Ezine Articles,' on May the 10th, 2011. It was originally presented on page eight (8) of my book. She has of yet to get back to me with a response. This is the third time that I have found my works presented and posted; authored by someone who is not the actual or original author. They have actually attached their name(s) as the author of a written work that is not theirs to claim!
While I am honored by their admiration and recognition of my titles, I would have appreciated it more if these individuals would simply extend me the courtesy of asking my permission before posting my material(s); especially if they are receiving compensation in lieu of monies and/or recognition. In my attempts to reaching out to this young lady, this is what I have said in a forwarded email message:
"Dear Ms. Ugbe
Thank You for including my written work within your collection of article postings. Albeit, I certainly appreciate this inclusion, I find the titling of this prose to be a bit misleading with your name presented as its author. I would have appreciated a note, apprising me of your intentions. Whereas, you have most generously mentioned the source of this body of work to the original author, I think your readership should be apprised of its true authorship.
Please feel free to call upon me and my contributions at your leisure.

With that being said, this posting was presented by Ms. Ugbe, ( a talented young lady) in it's total and original verbatim! No one, no bona fide author does such a thing...
The first of my discovered plagiarisms, showed its ugly personification with my title, "The Platform On The Cloud!" That poser was exposed, never to be seen again. I don't know what has happened to him. He simply was not to be found after said discovery, possibly avoiding legal ramification(s). And then there was "Quality Education Vs. Accreditation." The third discovery, of course being the aforementioned title, found on page eight (8) of "The Spirit of the Soul and the Death of Morals, published on 11.16.2011 and again on Amazon, 01.12.2012. The title also appears on several posting sites, authored by yours truly.
As I would hope for Ms. Ugbe, to respond to my message, I would certainly again congratulate and applaud her; on her endeavor(s) and for the inclusion of my written work(s) within the portfolio of several other listed authors, to which her name is attached; on the Web Site...
As of late, Ms. Lois Ugbe has indeed made the correction of attaching my name (Thank You) at the ending of the posting.
