It doesn't matter that now "Biden is cooperating." He has held these documents ever since leaving office, six years. Nobody seems to question why NARA persecuted Trump but not Biden.

None of this makes any sense, you have top secrets doc at Biden old office, now you have top secrets doc found at his home!!! Forget about being a republican or democrat for a moment why would a sitting President of the U,S,A in his possession??? After the ex-president stole top secrets doc and lied about it makes no sense, here is what I believe please note I said believe, the ex-president has more top secrets doc classified doc that he is holding over the DOJ and FBI as a bargaining chip because your justice system needs to find a way to set Trump free because of his threat to the American National Security, again this is my beliefs and opinion it does not add up President Biden is way too smart to do that , think about it there was no pictures of doc from either location makes no sense if there’s an investigation ??? I don’t believe there was any doc found at President Biden old office or his home I believe it’s a made up story by the Biden administration to hand Trump his walking card from justice because of the Trump Card no pun indented he is holding over American National Security again this is my beliefs and opinion

Sylvainy, I believe it may be that Biden knew he had the documents from the start, and chose to have it "leaked" at the appropriate time, for the very reason that you have stated.

In hopes of locating the missing items, NARA lawyer Gary Stern reaches out to someone who served in the White House counsel’s office under Trump, who was the point of contact for recordkeeping matters. The missing documents include some of Trump’s correspondence with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, as well as the map of Hurricane Dorian that Trump infamously altered with a sharpie pen.
