More on "The Secret" (208 hits)

What does The Secret, and What the Bleep Do We Know? and Opening to God as Source: Discovering the Keys of The Kingdom, have in common? They all teach the same principles. Creating your life through thought is not exactly a secret nor is it new, after all it is in The Bible. But, it is an idea whose time has come. We in the metaphysical community have known these principles for years. How wonderful it is for the world begin to wake-up! This is truly a sign that collective consciousness is rising—this inspires me.

There is a tremendous opportunity for world change. I have believed for a long time that African Americans have the potential for being the catalyst for quantum consciousness expansion that can usher in a new way of being. I am so grateful for The Secret and What the Bleep Do We Know? for bringing these powerful principles to mainstream America. What we old-timers can add is the holistic and spiritual aspects of manifesting—as most of us have come to realize—it’s not all about getting! It’s about becoming, being mindful, and about a greater good which includes everyone. Spirit has grown us up into mature metaphysicians. Most of us have learned that we can get what we want—and there are consequences—when we are not aligned with Spirit.

I am the author of Opening to God as Source and I wrote the book with the intention of African Americans being able to level the playing field for themselves, because spiritual principles work for everyone. I see a new world and what I call the Inspiaration Economy. The Inspirational Economy is consciously governed by spiritual principles. Spiritual principles do not require the systems of the world, they TRUMP, the systems of the world. Your can use the systems but you do not have to be used by them.

In religous terms, Inspirational Economics is Kingdom living. It's fulfilling your life's purpose, expressing your gifts and talents, and prospering in the process. It's about doing what you are inspired to do while serving others and solving problems. It is being values-driven and not profit driven. We have huge problems to solve in our families, our communities and our world. It is in fact our duty to do so.
