You must work hard at it everyday. Give and hour or so a day to invest in your dream. Once you have decided what you want to do. Find out the whos whats whens and wheres. If you need a consultant get one or hire me for time consuming task that you cant do dont worry my rates are affordable. Name your business , register in your county with assumed names , get a federal tax ID number from the IRS , get a sales tax number from your countys tax accessor. Get a business bank account for deposits etc., You will need a computer a fax machine and printer. Register with Dun & Bradstreet . You will need to start building business credit aka trade references a few places to start NEBS business cards etc., Amsterdan Printing promotional products, Quill ofice supplies business machines, Natiomal Pen Corporation. All of these companies can open an account without a credit check from the creit bureaus but you mut pay on time on youf first orders in full. I suggest you dont go over $150.00 in credit dont get into debt and you have not made any money yet but you must start somewhere. Pay for everything with you business debit card to keep track of your spending on what you have paid into the business. Dun and Bradstreet will call these creditors to find out your paying habits . The advantage of working with them is that just by paying ontime to these creditors you can become eligible for large cash credit limits from banks to help finanve your small business. Start early dont rush into it. Get these things done in six months if your just looking to work yourself into business. Its a slow way but a sho way...
