The Brother Marcus Internet Radio Show continues this weekend with an insightful discussion on Envy and Jealousy! Envy is another one of the seven deadly sins and can be characterized by an insatiable desire for others to be deprived of their things, possessions or skills that we perceive ourselves as lacking. You can envy others or be envied by others over the least little advantage that someone feels you have. Our questions that we will attempt to deal with this weekend: Can partners in marriages or relationships ever become jealous of one another? Why or why not? How could envy and jealousy destroy a marriage or relationship? Is it ever possible for parents to become envious over the success of their children? Why do we smile in peoples face and act like we like them and we know we hate their guts? What state of mind is an envious person operating from? What does an envious person look like and act like? Do you feel that envy is the worst of all the characteristics of human beings that are bad? Who are we really angry with if we are envious of someone else? Is envy the mother of murder and do we ever have a just cause to envy? Are you an undercover hater or are you an appreciator? What is the real difference between envy and jealousy?
