MAYBE I DISTANT MY FEELINGS BECAUSE IT TOYS WITH MY PRIDE WHEN LOVING THE VISION, BEFORE MY EYES AND YET I DO PRAY THROUGH THE DAY FOR PEACE TO SET FREE SO I CAN SHARE ALL THE HAPPINESS THAT YOU GIVE TO ME, TO THE FULLEST BUT I’M BATTLING THE OLDEST, ARGUMENTS AND I FEEL, THE ROOT OF OUR STRUGGLES I GET TIRED BILLS THAT WE HAVE TO JUGGLE I GET SO TIRED OF WORRYING DAY AFTER DAY SO I SIT TO MYSELF WITH NOTHING TO SAY, TO YOU WONDERING, HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU LOVE THIS FOOL YOU SEE THE PRESSURE I FEEL CREATES SO MUCH HURT BECAUSE I’VE ALWAYS KNOWN THE VALUE OF YOUR WORTH SO SOMETIMES I FEEL IF YOU WEREN’T WITH ME YOU’D KEEP A SMILE THAT FLOATS THROUGH THE BREEZE THROUGHOUT TIME BUT I CAN’T PICTURE YOUR HEART NOT CONNECTED WITH MINE AND IT’S NOT FAIR LOVING SUCH A VISION WHO’S ALWAYS BEEN THERE, FOR ME BUT UNABLE TO SET EVERY DREAM FREE- FOR YOU IF I PUSH YOU AWAY IT’S BECAUSE I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO AND IT’S, EASIER TO DISTANT MY FEELINGS BECAUSE IT’S TOYING WITH MY PRIDE WHEN LOVING YOU A VISION BEFORE MY EYES BUT I DO PRAY, THROUGH THE DAYS FOR PEACE TO SET FREE SO I CAN SHOW YOU THE HAPPINESS YOU GIVE TO ME, TO THE FULLEST BECAUSE I DON’T WANT YOU TO LEAVE AND YOU KNOW IT… If you enjoyed this article, Join BlackInAmerica.com today for similar content and opportunities via email! |
