Why do we do this?

Why do we do this?
Posted By: Johnny Watson on September 23, 2009

Why did we entice people to drink out of plastic bottles that were being used as waist? And wait, why were they not recycling these plastic bottles in the first place? That’s rather odd behavior don’t you think? Or is that America not caring about how their lifestyle effects others. What about paper? Every one says that we should go paperless, and I have, but if the power goes out, every thing stops.
If you use trees conservatively as a renewable resource I think they can still have a real future. we are as tied to them as we are to water. Trees give us our oxygen, and we give them carbon dioxide. I’m sure we will have to take them with when we begin to explore other planets, can anyone say Bonsai!
If we have found that the sun is free to all and we have found that solar and wind power will power our homes independently of the Gas & electric companies, why aren’t we Running to stores to buy “how too books” and trying to figure out ways to build our own? (I’m looking into building my own, I don’t know a lot of blacks that the money to invest in a complete solar or wind energy system for their homes)? We can save money in 2010.
We should start thinking not like the whites but like the rich, their actions directly affect their bottom line. You do those things that yield a healthy bottom line, be it investing in stock, or flipping real estate. The rich new to get a Prius when they were first introduced, they just bought the new Prius with the money they saved because they had the foresight and most importantly the opportunity to get the first one.
Now the first electromagnetic Engines have been introduced, this takes the limits off of the electric engine, it means you don’t have to have a car filled with batteries to go any distance, with electro magnetic engines you use a battery to get it started, once it’s going it will not stop until you make it stop, now that’s cool. Why am I sure that we will not see one on the street? The car companies have to milk us for all the money that they can first.
What am I saying here? They have us so tied up with the day to day garbage, that we can only see the red and blue lights and bars, and guns, and funerals, and not what the rest of the world is enjoying, So many are building their own stuff to help them save their money and become wealthy, while we struggle from blindness, why are we still letting them do this to us??????????? We have the power to change this.

Hello Mr. Watson,

Now, my question is, who is this [We] you are referring?

What say you?

I was waiting for you to chime in brother ( when I say we, I mean the advertisers the marketers, and agencies,) but because we were all involved the consequences land squarely on all our shoulders. Let me ask you a question you talk of us being a sovereign people and getting a piece of this land to settle. it is true that the continent
of Africa Is the richest of all. Why would you not want to go back to Africa and become that people of which you speek. and there are plenty things that we can help the Africans with.

what say you?

Hello Mr. Watson,

Africa is not Black America’s country. Black Americans are not African people. Black Americans are a new read or race of people that has emerged out of the ashes of slavery on this continent.

Black Americans came about through the breeding process of White men, mostly of British descent with the many different kinds of African slave women.

White American men bought these African slave women with real English money from the traders between the 15th and 18th century. Naturally, all African slaves became the property of White people as we still are today. Therefore, when we become sovereign it must be on a portion of this continent.

In other words, look at the situation this way. When a person goes to a pet shop and purchase a guard dog, money is given to the proprietor for the animal. The buyer takes the animal home and the home of the buyer becomes the home of the guard dog as well. The guard dog then goes to work guarding his master’s home, the same when our enslaved ancestors went to work in the cotton fields for their slave masters.

So, a portion of this continent is our country that we will inherit from our ancestors.

What say you?

but this is stolen land, and this country was built on lies and deceit, and as for us being a new breed wouldn't this crossbreeding make us smarted if we are, and we are mixed with the all powerful white man? one would think with all that was done to us that we would want to get as far away from him as possible. part of the problem is, that we see a need for us in Africa, but we do nothing, how do you think that makes the African feel? not one Greek feels that way about grease not one Asian thinks that way about Asia, Every Jew in this country is an citizen of isreal from birth. there is strength in one going to his or her origin to regroup , and find out about their ancestors, immigrants do it all the time, something we need to take a lesson from.

Hello Mr. Watson,

You do not understand how Black Americans became a new breed or race of people. I explained it to you and you still believe we are Africans.

The Asians and Jews that you use as examples are not new races of people. Black Americans are a new race of people because White men, mostly of British descent constantly bred themselves with the many different kinds of African slave women over a period of 350 years. The offspring’s of President Thomas Jefferson and his slave woman, Ms. Sally Hemming is an example of what I am talking about; those children are whom Black Americans are today.

Furthermore, there are many advantages of being this new race that we are. For example, we have the opportunity to create a dress code different from African people. We have the opportunity to create a new culture that does not reflect African cultures. We should not want to go backwards we should want to move forward. Do you get my point?

Tell me what you think.

that is simply not true, they are a new breed from mixing with us, remember when ever we mix, they all become a little more black. this is a big fear for them. and they has also mixed with other groups, please don't tell me that you think the jews that one would see these days are the same as the tribe of juda, because they are not, Asians also have mixed with whites for many years. so please don't spread that crap around. these new breeds are all over the world.
I totally disagree with trying develop a culture that is void of africa. you can have your land here, I sir will love and charish my ancestors and will pool my resorces to help save lives of My people that they are letting die of starvation, Aids, drout, and make a change in Africa. in order to know who you are you have to look back and reflect on the successes, and failures, in order to move forward
