The Taboo of Mental health

So many of our brothers and sisters need therapy and it will only continue to get worse as we move forward. I hope that through this group we can help to remove the veil of ignorance so that our ancestral clearing of dysfunctional emotions can began to heal. I agree. Mental illness+drug abuse go hand in hand. Unfortunately, many of those who are in prison have mental illness which in some cases may have lead to their drug use and abuse. Why are there soooo many black people in jail and prison? Why is it that the series 48 Hours can depend on blacks killing blacks as their main story line? The taboo needs to be lifted otherwise we will continue to lag behind. Tanks for your comment.
