When was the last time you watched this spectacular film?” I would suppose and hope that all of you Black Christians watch the story of Moses yearly. One of the essentials of my inspiration from God is that I am too must constantly referred to Moses. I am raising Black Americans from a mentally dead level to a living perpendicular. Moses raised the children of Israel from a dead level to a living perpendicular to desire to leave Egypt. Black Americans will come to desire to have sovereignty on a portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders. Black Americans will pursue life, liberty, happiness and prosperity in our own way. Do you watch the 10 Commandments yearly Ms. Shields? In addition, do you understand what I am saying about my divine task with Black Americans in comparison to Moses and the children of Israel? Tell me what you think. MIISRAEL Bride Author/Writer at Self Harry I referred to watching the film as an addition to the context of my blog. I asked about watching the film because it generates interest in how the people of Israel had disobeyed God after Moses led them out of bondage. In referring to the bibical version of the laws and commandments of God these laws were designed to govern and keep people from commiting sins. The film considered much for entertainment, but the commandments and laws of God are real to those who are Christians and religious believers of Christ. The divine task you are referring to me is your own task-- and that it is this task you have claimed God has given to your purpose. Does it matter if I understand it as long as you understand it? If it is the mentally dead you will awake I am hoping they will be revealed to the truth. If you are misleading people astray from God and Jesus they your awakeining will be by the judgement of a just God. You should be carefully warned.. that what you are doing upright and correct in your cause to prophecy. Jesus task was so difficult that he gave up and took his message to the Gentiles and he was crucified for his disobedience to God. I said all that to say this, the task of a genuine prophet is very difficult. Prophets do not come to intelligent people. Common sense would tell you that if the people were intelligent to begin with, it would be no need for a prophet, am I right. Anyway, you said this, “…but the commandments and laws of God are real to those who are Christians and religious believers of Christ.” Let me ask you this question. You are a poor example of a good Christian. For instance, you could give Cynthia and answer to what God speed means, but you cannot give me an answer why you give Jesus credit for what God gave to Moses. You are the same as those White Christian missionaries that refuse Mahatma Gandhi entrance into the house of worship because he was a Black Indian. Mahatma Gandhi said he would have become a Christian if he had never met a Christian. Instead, he became a Hindu and led 750 million Indians to their independence from the British. Perhaps, had he met a good Christian the country of India would probably have become Christians. There is not a word that could adequately describe you self-righteous so-called Christians. MIISRAEL Bride Author/Writer at Self Wow! What reponses.. Let's see @Robert: Perhaps not Robert, Christians struggle with keeping the commandments and laws . So this is much so a small reminder for those who disobey. I often hear quotes of law breakers that ease their guilt it's... "Laws were meant to be broken, but it's most certainly not true. God laws are meant to be kept and obeyed. They fail to answer after that. I agree laws of God are not obeyed entirely like they should be. Thanks. @Irma, Again God laws are disobeyed everyday, which I'm sure many Christians have reason to repent. "Thou shalt not kill" is the original King James Version, and now reading the New International Version kill was changed to "murder." Tampering with the law is a prevelant issue. This too adds to how God word is often manupulated with change in world order. It's something to think about. However, the message is clear "that it's wrong to take a life." Most time the film is watched during Easter... and the other most watched time is Thanksgiving! Still what a great film.... Thanks to you. @Earl, How do I do it? I think it's just part of my God's given gift of creativity. God has many ways to get attention and believe it or not, when I created this blog I had no idea where it lead to. While searching for the 10 commandments, I opened up the bible and there they were right in front me.... I didn't have to turn another single page as it opened right up to Deuteromony 5. I almost jumped out of my seat!...LOL! Strange as it was what I have said is true! Loooooooooo.... @Harry, I didn't answer your question because I know you already have your own answer. You already concluded in your heart to bash me so that you can gloat in saying that I am "a self-righteous Christian." However, I am not fooled by your trickery in your questions or answers. You pretend you do not understand the working order of Christianity and I know all too well you do. To show you I am not bias.. I'll answer you. For your information, God laws were not only given to Moses but to the people who were disobeying by sinning. If you are familiar with Christians Harry you should know Jesus is the Savior, The Messiah and God's Son. In Christianity Jesus is God because the Word teaches us God and the Son are one Spirit. Jesus is God-- the representative Spirit of God in the flesh. John 1:1 says in the beginning was the Word and if you continue to read the Word was made flesh and dwell in earth. John 1: 10. This is what you should know...How can Moses truly receive something that already belonged to Jesus? Now, I have answered you, but you will not contend to it-- so for this reason I do not entertain such questions. You will have your own answer anyway. I give Jesus is the credit because He is Word. I give him all the credit for everything there is. I stand corrected, and I am not self-righteous, but made righteous by obedeince to God's laws because it may surprise you, but I also keep them. @ Everyone: Thank you for you interest in the laws of God. Harry Watley const. contractor/ retired at self Hello Mrs. Shields, I at least appreciate your efforts to provoke your own mind to do some thinking to come up with your best answer to my question. Remember that what I am doing is what Jesus did when he asked the crowd, who is without sin cast the first stone. Jesus was provoking the mentality of the crowd since they were not as mentally perceptive as he was. Therefore, I am not doing anything wrong to you, but in fact, I am doing something good for you. Now, what you need to do Mrs. Shields is that you have a separate the things that are attributed to Moses and the things that are attributed to Jesus since these two men were entirely different men, am I right. So, before I go any further I wanted know are you able to separate these two men? It should not be difficult. It is the same as separating the color orange from the color green, okay. In other words, the world know that the 10 Commandments was giving to Moses and there is nothing no one could do about changing that fact, am I right. Your understanding of God's laws and commandments are "some what mixed-up." I never said the laws weren't given to Moses, they were also given to govern sinning. I credit the Word--being God with Jesus as the one who is the author, creator and fulflilment of the commandments. How can Moses get credit for something he did not write? The laws given to Moses came from God. God and Jesus are one Spirit. I give credit to God who is Jesus. This is the understanding I am trying to get to see. I will NOT agree with what you are indicating in regard to the attributions of God laws to Moses is a SIN because I give accredition to Jesus. In fact my full credit to Jesus is MORE SO HIGHLY INDUCED! "You sir, with a most deep respect..contend with much difficultly in having the knowlege of understanding period." There is little I can say to you that you will understand...your eyes are closed and you do not comprehend things revealed by the Spirit. It may be because the Spirit does not live in you... If it did you would know and understand what I have written without any question. Besides Harry as I understand it, you are NOT a Christian. So why would squallow in knowing things of Jesus? Your time of entertainment is finished with me on this occasion. Move along to your purpose....and continue in whatever God gives you, but you must do what is right--That being keeping commandments and laws of God. The laws given to Moses came from God.” Now, we must take Moses’ word that God gave to him the 10 Commandments or the law specifically to civilize, educate and make righteous the children of Israel in the desert. We must admit that Moses testified that the laws given to he was directly from God. Moses did not testify about Jesus since Moses proceeded Jesus Moses had no knowledge of Jesus, am I right. Therefore, when you say this, “God and Jesus are one Spirit.” you are making up this story, which Moses would flat out right say that only God gave to him the 10 Commandments. Now, whom should we believe? Should we believe you? Or, should we believe Moses? I would believe Moses sends I have Moses actual testimony while you have a made up story. Am I making any sense with you? Since Jesus and God could be one the spirit then for the same reason, God and I are on spirit as well. Jesus was God prophet to the Jewish people and I am God prophet to Black Americans. Therefore, Jesus and I are equal, am I right. Incidentally, separating the white part of the egg from the yellow yolk is not the same concept as separating the color orange from the color green. Here is why. To begin with, you are separating one entire egg since the white part in the yoke is one egg. What you are doing would be the same as amputating a person’s two legs from their body and that is not what we want to do. What we want to do is separate Moses from Jesus. ROBINSON IRMA UC, Davis class of 1992 MIISRAEL...I can not off hand remember the name of teh documentary on the History International channel that I say how science ha d looked at some of teh documents (you knnow how tha science that digs up pots, ect. from the past)... swell this program showed step by step how the ten plegues of Egypt happened... I remember most about how a red tie (as we call it today) could have cause the frogs to come on land and soon and so on...and as related to the oldest child (son) it is the way they served food back then much like in a pack of animals who eats first and certain parts ...well a contamination in teh grains could have cause the deat of these children because of how and who got served what back then... It was a fasinating program and it held my total attention every minute it was ongoing from step to step just like in the bible and it was all recorded one just needed to know how to piece the info together as these experts had done with these finds.
