LOS ANGELES Feb 1, 2011 --- Swirl Society (http://www.swirlsociety.com) is the most recent endeavor of Shon Anthony, who worked for a number of major businesses most of her career before deciding to start a business of her own. At 32 years old, this business savvy woman became the owner of what is growing into the number one dating site for black women seeking to enter into an interracial relationship. Swirl Society recently expanded its service by offering single black men the same experience and opportunity to finding long-term compatibility. The constant reports of how hard it is for black women to find a successful relationship with any partner - and the depressing statistic that close to 46 percent of black women are unmarried - are what inspired Anthony to delve into this industry and present a dating site with real potential. Fast forward 12 months and increased demand has driven the business to expand to include a new website for black men looking to date outside of their race after a multitude of races contacted her through facebook and website emails saying that they are also looking to date black men and women. "Despite the obvious negativity in some areas of society to interracial dating, I was amazed at the large number of emails and demand to expand the service, so there is definitely a market for - what Swirl Society has to offer," said Anthony. "Finding a partner is all about making sure, you're right for each other. Relationships extend beyond race, personality, common interests, and looks. It's about overall compatibility. Swirl Society helps singles find out more about themselves, empowering them to make better decisions in their relationships." "There are not only many single Americans but people from all over the world who just don't know where to look when they are interested in dating interracially," added Anthony. "Swirl Society can help by providing a framework to understand what you are looking for and what you want out of a relationship. The Society then matches you with someone who shares similar goals, dreams and desires." Anthony continued: "We have removed the guess work and fear of wondering if the person you are attracted to on a dating site is interested in dating interracially.
