A temptation to work long hours, rarely taking a break to enjoy spending time with family and friends, is a lure creative business leaders may face. In fact, from 1970 to 2006 the amount of time adults worked during a year increased by 200 hours. Dont You Deserve a Little You Time Too? If so, you know how challenging it can be to peel away from your desk and take time to enjoy yourself. After all, as several famous boxers have said over the years, when you do what your competition wont, you rise to the top. On the flip side, if you never take time to relax you can also burn out, something no one wants.
