Posted By: How May I Help You NC on February 21, 2013 The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association welcomes Felicia Hall Allen as the keynote speaker for the 2013 Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament Tip-Off Awards Luncheon; scheduled for Monday, February 25 at the Charlotte Convention Center, 12pm. Hall Allen is the President and CEO of Felicia Hall Allen & Associates, where she brings unique depth to specialties of leadership, team building, organizational development, executive coaching and sports management. She regularly presents at conference meetings and on college campuses around the country. Highly sought after, Mrs. Allen also works on various projects with the NCAA, WBCA and Black Coaches Association. Felicia is a former Manager for NIKE'S Women's Basketball Sports Marketing department and a Team Executive for the WNBA Charlotte Sting. For several years Felicia served as the Executive Director of Leadership America North Carolina - a statewide women's leadership organization. The Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tip-Off Awards Luncheon is a private event; honoring this year’s All-Conference Teams and Players of the Year.
