ANTONIO XAVIER DANIELS, innocent young man receives 15 years for Self Defense

Posted By: derrick turner on June 23, 2021 This man saved my life, this man saved other people lives that night random robbers with guns that attacked us in the middle of the night walking to our hotel room. The state prosecutor admitted Antonio Daniels was acting in self defense in open court then threaten him by stating if Mr. Daniels does not take the plead bargain the state would ignore that fact and treat his defense as a false claim and give Mr. Daniels 15 years, which would be the maximum amount of time for murder he was facing, even though Mr. Daniels had no felony record. While young, poor and afraid Antonio Daniels was at a shock that the judge in his case just heard the state prosecutor state his innocence out the loud in the court and the judge allowed the case to move forward. This was the beginning of the torture, mistreatment and the system failing another young black man in America. His mugshot shows blood in his eye still fresh from his attackers. Antonio Xavier Daniels was staying in a hotel with his younger brother and smoking a cigarette by the hotel door in the parking lot, when a group of unknown man with guns attacked Antonio and the people he was with at the hotel. Antonio Daniel younger brother was knocked unconscious from a vicious blow from the ambush, along with another guy standing with Mr. Daniels whom regained consciousness on his own, Daniel brother needed to be helped. The guys attacking Daniels and his group had revealed a gun to them and was attacking everyone for absolutely no reason. Daniels out of fear for his life and the others he was with fired a warning shot in the air, and retrieved his brother from the ground once he got the chance and hurried up in carried him inside the hotel. The police responding to the scene found multiple different caliber shells on the scene which indicate multiple guns was fired. The news paper printed a complete lie about the incident that happened with Antonio Xavier Daniels, and when the truth came out no corrections or updates was made. The newspaper stated that Mr. Daniels was attempting to rob the other group even though the other group said they was the ones that approached and attacked Mr. Daniels, this is from the group that attacked Antonio our words. One of the guys in the group that attacked Mr. Daniels was hit by a bullet that ricochet and the damage caused his death. The bullet also fragmented so it was never identified to come from a specific gun yet Daniels was arrested and charged with murder. This was after a police investigator signature his initials under Antonio Xavier Daniels picture as a person there at the scene to shot a gun and not a witness there at the time of the incident. The police also **** a black man on the same block a couple hours later, in handcuffs and claimed they thought the guy was Mr. Daniels. Antonio Xavier Daniels was arrested and charged with murder, even though he was the one attacked and the people that attacked him never denied the fact that they approached and attacked Antonio and his younger brother even though they had no clue who the two was and had no reason to be at the hotel that night. To add on to madness Antonio Daniels public defender would fight and argue with Mr. Daniels about the way to defend Mr. Daniels case and ignored the wishes of Mr. Daniels at will, even in open court the public defender would go against Antonio Daniels and side with the prosecutor, for an example the public defender denied Mr. Daniels entire pre-trial and refused to dispute any material evidence in pretrial. The public defender forced Antonio Daniels into trial after Mr. Daniels asked the court for more because the public defender just gave Mr. Daniels paperwork of one of his witnesses changing his testimony and the next day the same people that tried to rob or **** Mr. Daniels that night was indicted by the FBI. The courts begun Mr. Daniels back to court and asked would he be willing to exit trial until a later time, at what point Antonio Daniels told the judge how he was forced into trial the day prior, he been telling the courts exactly what these guys did to him and refused to exit his trial. At which point his public defender ignored Mr. Daniels request to stay in trial and the courts overruled Antonio Daniels request to remain in trial. Months later, Antonio Daniel was brought back into court for trial where every state witness directly connected to the FBI case statement changed and even though all the state witness from that night was incarcerated in Federal Custody the judge ruled that Antonio X Daniels could not use that in his self defense claim at trial, even though the people was currently locked for doing to others exactly what they did to Mr. Daniels. Doing trial the public defender refused to call all Mr. Daniels witnesses, one being Antonio X Daniels only little brother that was viscously attacked and was knocked unconscious doing the attempted robbery from that night and life was in extreme danger and was rescued by Antonio Daniels from the dark night ground. Consistent protest from Daniels brother remain ignored by the court till this day. The court constantly refuse to recognize that all of the witnesses for Daniels told the police about the gun they was at the end of that night and treated Antonio Daniels as if its a case of a fight that went bad, even after the state witnesses told prosecutor they did not know Mr. Daniels or non e of the people he was with, They did not have a hotel at the same place and had absolutely no reason to be in that parking lot that night, right in the middle of an electrical blackout. Another thing the courts did not consider in Daniels case. Antonio Xavier Daniels is currently fighting for his freedom and need the help of the community. No one should ever be mistreated in this way and if they get away with these actions on Antonio Daniels, it will be another young black man next. It could be your son or father, Uncle, Nephew, cousin, friend, life partner etc... Lets come together as the strong amazing race of people we are and pull our resources together to bring justice to Mr. Antonio Xavier Daniels whom is 33 years old at the time of this article. He have already sent long hard years of his life behind bars for trying to save others life and his own from vicious attackers which left his younger brother unconscious and at the will of their attackers. What Minnesota court system has done to Antonio is injustice, cruel, evil and unacceptable. His daughter that was just beginning to walk is now about to walk into high school, his grandmother that fought so hard to get her innocent grandbaby freedom has just passed June 20, 2021, and the next time he will visit her is not going to be a long warm hug and tears of joy, It will be tears of sadness over a cold tombstone. Countless young African Americans suffer through human violates all to often in this county dating all the way back to its beginning. We now are blessed to have the internet and forms of communication that didn't exist when Black Wallstreet was hit by ****, when the freedom riders organized the sit-ins or when the Central Park 5 kids lost their entire youth to an unfair justice system. We are more powerful than we've ever been and can prevent the systematic destruction of our children. Antonio Xavier Daniel is being held in prison at Faribault Prison in Minnesota and need as much help as possible. Now to end this with a poem written by Mr. Daniels: MY AFFIDAVIT I met my soulmate/ she had crossed my path in the perfect time of my darkest challenging despair/It was a beautiful moment to behold/ i knew who she was instantly/God sent her for me for surely/As I was sure she had noticed the chemistry/ and ever growing magnetic force/One being that could stop me in my tracks/having me in a timeless trance/ a trance I have yet to experience b4 or after/tragically she would walk away from her king/ in fear of the lost of her livelihood in this pandemic/whom a **** to this capitalism/ in such standard is hard to come across in this era/ of restraint opportunity abroad/a reasonable fear/although it is collateral damage on my kingdom/as it strikes my soul deeply/casting me back into my lonely blind exhausting journey/A missed opportunity of my life/ dictated by this western civilization/ which land me on the bottom of the food chain/ where even a rat get higher standing/As my crown have been strip away from my head 4 or 5 generations ago/as it sits in some museum some where in Europe/ to be history for one to marvel/ O did I mention in realization of this corrupted system which took my freedom for 7+ yrs so far/ and working on15 total/ Denying myself liberty legally/ Of course am fighting with every mental weapon I can utilize/ still I wait for a judge to judge me with a pure heart/as I impatiently wait every second/ for another man to decide if he want to fairly grant me my life/my soul yearn at night/so please reframe from asking me why am I so full of pain in a system so heartless/ Mr Daniels need our support from the community more than ever good people, I will do my best, I pray we all will....
