I'm in Detroit and the once seemed endless snow is now behind us, marking not just a change in season but also in my spirit. Goodbye to the cold, introspective winter, and a warm welcome to the invigorating embrace of spring! My favorite time of year. Rebirth! This transition is more than just a shift in weather; it's a powerful metaphor for personal and professional rejuvenation.
