Senior Director, Early Development / Science Sourcing Based in Burlington, NC, the Senior Director of Early Development / Science Sourcing will lead a global team responsible for more than $200 million in annual spend across research models and biospecimens. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Sourcing, this leader will develop strategies that influence operations across the enterprise while managing sourcing professionals worldwide. It is a rare opportunity to take on a high-visibility role with the ability to transform how science sourcing drives Labcorp’s mission. Sr. Payer Policy Analyst (Hybrid) Also located in Burlington, the Senior Payer Policy Analyst will support Labcorp’s payer relations strategy by analyzing and responding to policies from both state and federal levels. This role works closely with healthcare payers on critical issues such as genetic testing coverage, prior authorization requirements, and regulatory responses. Ideal candidates bring a strong foundation in healthcare policy, payer relations, or revenue cycle management, and will contribute to ensuring Labcorp’s patients have access to the testing and services they need. Billing EDI Analyst (Hybrid) For detail-oriented professionals with technical and operational expertise, the Billing EDI Analyst position in Burlington or Durham, NC offers the chance to manage payer eligibility and billing systems while providing troubleshooting support and maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards. This role is central to keeping Labcorp’s billing operations accurate, efficient, and customer-focused.
