IN THE MOMENT

Posted By: FURY STYLEZ on August 02, 2008 Caught in the moment of what I thought was love, but come to find out I never knew what it was, I searched the world over to try and define, this word that caused confusion and left men blind. So many times I tried to put my feelings into words, but neither stanza nor a rhyme could describe the joy and the hurt, that I would endure thru out my life, on my journey to find my lover, my soul mate, my wife. I used to write a girls first with my last name, to see how it looked, you know those little love games, I stayed on the phone all hours of the night, not really talking about nothing just liked being liked. I used to reminisce to back in the day, when a wink was the kiss, and a relationship came from kickball championships, hopscotch was meter to see if you liked her, or she hit you in dodgeball would you try and fight her.
