If a man don't work, a man don't eat...and especially live for free!

Posted By: Felicia Myrick-Samuels on October 08, 2008 What's going on my sisters? I see and know of a lot of women taking care of men! Now, I get that you are independent and stuff-but don't make a man weak by taking care of him! But, it goes deeper than that! Most women don't even need a man-they just want a man! The sad part is any man! I don't care how good he treats you, how good his sex is, how good he looks or what his car looks like if a man does not financially take care of his woman, and her kids if she has any, he is: 1) Not a man and is still a little boy! or 2) Does not love you! There is no in between or no buts about it! Now, granted if he just got out of jail (but he better be looking or doing something to make ends meet) or lost his job! I just don't understand women and girls these days! It seems as if as long as they have a warm body next to them they are ok with a deadbeat man! What's going on ladies? Some women have low self esteem. I saw a video from a t.v. station. This woman was 18 years pld and beaten by her boyfriend. It is sad.

yeah i see i didn't get many hits on this topic! but as a mother of 2 girls i don't want them to be weak for anyone and especially for a dead-beat man! so if we want to raise strong girls into strong women we have to start talking about it and sharing those morals and values when it comes to men-not hiding from it!
