The first workshop to stop foreclosures sponsored by Congressman Elijah Cummings in Maryland was held in June at Morgan State University and it was a huge success!
Many, many foreclosures were prevented and interest payments substantially reduced by as much as $1,000/per month! Because this workshop helped hundreds of people from losing their homes to foreclosure, Congressman Cummings is holding another workshop!!!!!
Maryland homeowners threatened by foreclosures can attend this workshop free of charge and have the chance to sit down and talk with over 20 various mortgage lenders in the Maryland area for immediate help. YOU may be eligible for a mortgage reduction if your household income has been decreased due to a job loss, etc.! YOU are not alone in struggling through this tough economic times.
