LET'S TALK ABOUT OPTIMISTIC-- WHAT SAY YOU? (259 hits)

Let's talk about optimistic. It's inspiring, it offers hope, it gives you happy feelings and you may even change your day. If your deal with too many negative things they'll tend to lead you to lose your optimistic view. I don't want to talk about negative things. I see everyday enough bad things happening that will literary crush good feelings of optimistism. I refuse to let that happen. A bearer of critisism can also burden your day.

You will gain an optimistic view if you practice : Start within yourself thinking of ways you can spread and share optismistic news. Stop absorbing another's doom and gloom. It's good to listen to good things. Do something to help others and never look for rewards or paybacks. Be optimistic and smile.

Miisrael you are so much better at optimism than me. I try to be positive most days of the week, but I tend to listen to negative things and gossip. I hope to be better this year at resisting all the juicy news and letting more things said by scrooges roll off my back.

I picked up a book at the library called, "Don't Get Scrooged: How to Thrive in a World Full of Obnoxious, Incompetent, Arrogant, and Downright Mean-Spirited People". Wow that was a real mouth full, eh! I’m half way through it and the author, Richard Carlson, PhD is a ‘real optimist’ like you. Perhaps you should think about writing a book if you haven't done so Miisrael!! I'm serious!!
Thanks for this blog Sister because I feel better already.

P.S. --- You Rock!!
