WHERE WERE YOU ON 4/20? (210 hits)

SO.....just in case you weren't around in the public parks yesterday you may not know about 4/20. As one local person here at home described it he said: "It's a stoner holiday that goes back to the 70"s. Folklore has it that 4/20 celebration has its origin in the time when a group of teens met to smoke weed after school--thus being around 4:20 p.m. Tuesday, or yesterday's gatherings endorsed marijuana's medicinal and also its recreational use. People who smoke the "joint" gathered in public places and lit up the blunts! Members of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana moved the parks selling and smoking it up! Most people here locally kept it calm under close police observation. Many attended 4/20 just to pass the joint. Where were you on 4/20?

No, I didn't attend.

Very interesting... I remember reading about it here last year... was it you who posted the blog? I know I did a blog with rick james look alike singing Mary Jane. Somewhere in the video, the women turn into marjuana.

It's celebrated every April 20th. People who smoke MJ get to do it openly in a public place without being arrested. Although it's not honored in every state or town, some cities allow the MJ smoking holiday. I'm at dismay a little I didn't think it was a true.

No, I didn't post that one Jen. Frankly, I'd never heard of 4/20. Another pointer I read was that the MJ holiday starts at 4:20 in morning until 4:20 in evening on every 4/20 day of the year. No arrests will be made as long as no one is showing disruptive behavior, but police are present the whole time.

As for me, I am so sensivive to this stuff until if someone smokes it, "I" will be the one to pass out. I am so glad that now I can recognize the smell of it. I am sure my state will leaglize it and boy am I going to be in trouble. (I am not smiling)

And, I can not picture alot of people believing they are getting away with something illegal (?) and not one person start some unessary nonsense...but, it is so good if they can do this and not cause any problems to themself or anyone else...
