Everyday you can be met with situations that will test your strength. You deal with emotions, feelings and thoughts. You deal with others that sling their emotions on you and they do things that will want to cause depredation you. There are other types of things that may involve your-- or evolve around.
However; You can be strong!
Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith, be men of courage;
be strong.
