Kagan is one of the country’s top constitutional and administrative law scholars. After years of working as a professor, Kagan became the Harvard law's dean in 2003 and jumpstarted a transformation that added quality-of-life-activities for the students and included hiring dozens of top-notch professors, including some conservatives.
Every parent in the US who has a special needs child in higher education or aspiring for higher education, understands how important it is to have the judicial system understand and embrace quality of life! This extends into the community and workplace and covers all disabilities.
IMMHO, thisis the main reason why the United States Supreme court bench needs Elena Kagan for the sake of true inclusion. Please support President Obama's nomination of Elena Kagan by sending a little note to your Senate or House and askiong himor her to swiftly pass the nomination of Elena Kagan which begins hearings on June 28, 2010.
