In The Spirit one can change ..
The Word teaches the True believer of God and Jesus that it is the Spirit that changes them. All are guilty of sin. When we take on the Spirit of The Only God we find that we are not justifiable because we have not kept the laws of God. Works of the flesh has separated us from God because we have walked according to the manifestions of the world. One will have become changed from the desires of the flesh. This is when the Spirit of God inhabits with us and our courses of life.
You can no long do those things which the flesh urges you. You'll become obedient to the Spirit of God. Your spirit will resist what your flesh is longing to have. Your spirit will take the carnal minds of lust. You will have God's spirit in you. You walk will be godly and your ways will be spiritual. In order to become one with God you will have to join in spirit with him. You can no longer do these things:
...adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, the dark arts, hating, variance, emulations, envy, strife, murders, drunkenness.
You can no longer do these.
You will have to abide in the Spirit of God and Jesus Christ.
The flesh lusteth against the Spirit,
and the Spirit against the flesh;
and these are contrary the one to the other; so
you cannot do the things that ye would.
[Galatians 5:17]
