Dear Gardeners:
While viewing the rain pourning down today, I overlooked my plants and my blooming trees. It's been horribly hot, and I think my whole yard was bowing down thanking God for the rain. The heat has taken a tough toll on my plantings. I've noticed that blooms are less prominent here at home. I've visited other gardens too in the surrounding areas and I noticed the heat has kept them from reaching their peak blooms. Still overall blooming is happening. This would be a great year to plant sunflowers, they love that sun and the big bright yellow heads would have been opening up everywhere. Sun, soil and watering help plants thrive, but too much of any of them cause them to have an inbalance. Nuture your gardens and trees and watch them speak to you. You'll know exactly what they're saying.
Vegetable gardens seem to be doing well for my neighbor. His crops of veggies look great. He had some beautiful tomatoes which he shared with me. I was delighted because prices of those little fruit/veggies are at an incredible high.
Yes, I welcomed the rain, and I allowed my pet fern, Fernandez to have a shower of that real rain. After the shower, I think he really enjoyed that rain bath. I hope you're enjoying your lawns, gardens, and plants. It's a dream to watch them grow and thrive to bring you enjoyment and beauty. Until the early fall.
Have a great summer at your house!
Love and Harmony,
MIISRAEL
