If it was made legal would all the people currently in jail for it get out? That would be a good thing.

I believe as long as the law of the land says all rights not granted by the Federal governments can lay with each state...
and I said that to say this, our state is so broke until this states wants not just only the city of Oakland to be paying taxes on weed and we will have the answer in Nov...
because as California goes the rest of the states tend to follow as history proves. (smile)
