If the owner has been kind enough to allow them use of their house-- the owner should be tough enough to allow the same privelege by putting them out as well.. No one should be insulted for displaying kindness but to be given and shown respect of the kindness displayed to them. That golden rule is equated.

Hello Mr. Culpeper,
I believe that your example of inviting a person into your home, then the person turns around and insults you thus giving you a reason to expel the person is not a good example since your home and your website are two different animals.
In other words, a website is not the same as the inherent authority and comfort a person has in their home especially when the owners interact with the members from time to time.
When the owners and administrators post blogs, ask questions and look for feedback then accuses a member of disrespecting them because perhaps the feedback rubbed them the wrong way then they pull their trump card as owners and expel the member is morally wrong.
The owners should be immune to anyone’s insults even when it is an actual insult as oppose to a violation of website rules and regulations.
Consequentially, I believe that all of you are wrong and should have a higher tolerance of others opinions.
Tell me what you think.

First off I can't believe some of you people are wasting your precious time whining over Robert being booted from the blog. What a shame, what a shame, what a damn shame!!!
What goes around is bound to come around and I for one am relieved to see Robert gone. I don't think you guys need too many reminders of the way he disrespected some of our brothers and sisters of the forum. I think I speak for the betterment of everyone when I say I'm glad he's no longer a threat and some of our members are finally able blog in peace.
Say whatever you will, but I bet anyway "Prophet" Harry Watley was booted off the site instead of Robert, all of you who frequent this forum would be tooting your champagne glasses in the air instead of coming here whining. So if I were you, I will get back to the sole purpose of this blog...EDUCATING THROUGH UNDERSTANDING... and stop the B.S.ing.

@Harry Point taken, but then I bring up a metaphor of a store and the owner of the store. You bring in customers in, they browse about, someone comes up to the owner and berates and insults the owner right there in the store ... even after warnings and a call to please eliminate the insults. Does the customer get asked to leave ... get escorted out, or have the police called on them? Does this example work for you?

Brother Reginald, the store scenario you used here to describe Robert is similar to what I have been telling some of the members all along my brother, but Harry and others seem to either be missing the point or have selective understanding.
Also this is not the 1st time Robert's been banned from a website. Robert, along with Harry were once members of an Nation of Islam social network my brother owns and both were banned because of the disrespect that comes out of their mouth. You see, that's another thing Robert didn't share with you all. Why? Because it bears witness to right.
My point is this, you cannot do a person wrong and not expect the wrong to come back to you. Those are Biblical principles, not Reginald's principles, and surely not Sister Siebra's "anti-semitic, racist, and divisive" principles.
P.S. In the case of Mr. Culpepper, the act of removing Robert from the site was justified.

Two things.
Nobody is forced to read, much less comment on a blog. Yet certain people chose to go on a blog, add their voices to 2000 hits, then complain LOUD ENOUGH that the blog be removed. All the while talking REAL TRASH. Now if any of the TOP BLOGGERS here have a blog that generated enough interest, and has been around long enough to get 2000 hits, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
So PLEASE put it in the context how YOU would feel if YOU were singled out in this way.
As far as having an account here, there is no way to selectively prevent anyone from doing so. There is also no way to prevent someone from DOING THEIR DAMN BEST TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE THE LOUDEST/SHRILLEST VOICE IN THE HOUSE!

One has claimed responsibility for getting Robert's blog deleted. Another vowed to get Robert off the site. So they were successful, at least according to their own personal standards.

Steve your problem is this.... you need to get off the hype that Robert a grown azz man is responsible for self.... NOW let's keep it real... this is a social web site... and everyone has the right to voice his or her opinions.... without the vicious ((racial slurs and racial attacks)) the way I looked at the entire situation as Robert was using words that I found as a woman offensive... like I said Robert and I started off on the wrong path in the beginning... HE came right off on me callling me a NEGRO... NEGRESS... then went on about me spawning prison children.... Now truth be told.... that man did not know me... BUT of course... I am a woman who can handle "men" like that.... and I handled the situation MY WAY.... NO... I did not feel the need to report him because I knew that I could handle the situation.... so in the end... Robert and I got past that.... NOW everyone is NOT going to handle sitiuations the same...
When the men .... were having their cyber fight... I laughed.... but Robert kept attacking everyone who made emphasis or comments to what he said.... And this is not new to anyone whenever he would make comments to Siebra... I would tell him.... irregardless to how anyone else may think or feel... I would interject and ask him to back off of her....
ANYONE WILL TELL YOU THIS.... He called her a "B" that's when I felt that he had drawn the line and I told him this... SO.... If you feel the need to serve as Robert's counsel... YOU go right ahead.... and if you feel that he was unjustly treated... then again that's your perogative.... but as I have said to you ..... Robert is a grown azz man... and he is accountable for his actions and just like him..... YOU are too.... and frankly you have two options.... so with this said... And the crap is still going on! I have left and came back on several occasions only to see the same thing going on. The administrator steps in to bring about awareness of the BIA Mission and the mess starts on his blogs. Women being Cyber-Bullied, blatant disrespect with it coming from someone that suppose to be " Grown Man". There is a big difference between choosing to be tolerant of a person's opinion and accepting and/or being tolerant having a person constantly making derogatory comments, name calling and cyber-bullying someone, in this case a woman. I don't recall or maybe I missed the rally of support for Siebra from some of the people that are now rallying for the return of Robert, yes I do recall all the incidents from Robert toward her and a number of other women (some just left the site period).
The behaviors that have been shown by some on this site is like watching children fight in the sandbox on the playground over one toy. Just down right childish to say the least.

Hi Cynthia, you are relatively new to the cypher so to speak =) You are very welcome. I have been a member on this site for quite some time and it has been a long time coming before something was finally done. Robert earned what occurred to his membership, although I see he has created another profile, maybe he could conduct himself like a respectable gentleman this time. Cyber-Bullying is NOT freedom of speech and that is exactly what Robert was doing. Please it was mainly the women that was supportive of Steve/Adam or what ever name he chooses to be call by now when he first created a profile because there were people, mainly men, that did not think a person that is not of color should even be on this site. How soon some forget, but I have not!

now if i may say it was me that seen robert disrespecting the woman and calling them out there name then he started attacking me and saint,so i started to seek, disrupt, and destroy.and every time he came on to the site i had a comment waiting for him i started clowning him and i put him on blast every time i could he couldn't take the heat so he started going in deep then i infiltrate his camp and notice him and HIS crime partners was going back to regroup and talk about everybody AT this so called blog the blog was filled with messages of hate coming from him and steve at that time the admin came in and demanded respect
they was still making noise at this racist blog ,,the admin started to delete some of my blogs because i was really coming at robert and steve jumped in and started fighting for robert and snitching at the same so i copied the link and sent it to the admin and they deleted it then steve posted a wacky blog dedicated to roberts blog as to rub it in our faces ,,,and thats when i took off on steve !
to me steve try to under mine peoples work and trys to be the first one to speak on a post thats black or related to black issues he always got something to say about what it is to be black or youll see him say ''now let me tell you how it goes '' like hes black i cant stand it a white man trying to be black and what steve doesent believe is i did do a back ground ck on him and i know his history !

Steve, in the beginning I heard so very little from you. You would sit on the sidelines while Robert insulted the members. And now that Robert's blog of over 2000 hits has been gone (along with his original profile) you're like David Banner morphing into the Incredible Hulk.
Since it seems that no one hasn't responded as of yet to my question in regards to Robert being kicked off the site and coming back under a different alias, I have decided to do my own investigation on the matter. Also, it has been discovered by me that Robert has re-registered with the site using Adam's Yahoo account and birthdate (given by Adam Fate himself to Robert), once again proving my point about both of them being troublemakers.

There seems to be alot of back and forth discussion in which David Johnson seems to be at the center.
David has been on BIA since January 2010. I happened to stumble across one of his blogs entitled WOLVES.... around August 2010. He had been posting all of that time and I noticed that he had not interacted with anyone on this site... SO I sent a request for his friendship..... On the contrary, the web can be a front for a store. Do you not purchase items or services via the WEB? Do you not go through a web site to browse possible purchases? When someone "hacks" a web site, is it not like someone broke into your store (where they can jack your site up and deter customers from coming to your site ... or even steal valuable CC information, eg stealing money basically).

1. I provided no assistance whatsoever, in any way, shape, or form, to Robert re-registering on this site. It's ridiculous to think he would need it.
2. I am not the only one who objected to Robert's blog and account being deleted. But neither have I complained to Reginald about it. I believe I said something to Mr. Moss at the time the blog was deleted, which he objected to, but it was in public, and I don't remember nor care what it was at this point. If you have nothing better to do, go look it up. Reginald has his own concerns, which are very likely different than my concerns. It is between Robert and Reginald. I don't see anything wrong in stating my opinion publicly. NOTICE: I did not say I agree with everything Robert says, nor does he agree with everything I say. Do you see the difference?
3. I have not thrown any scare tactics at BIA administration. If Reginald deletes anything I say, or even my account, then I accept his judgment.

Mr. Culpepper, just leave Robert alone and he will disintegrate. The more you all respond to him is the same as adding wood to the fire.
Either you read or do not read what he says or if you choose to respond then it is your own choice, which is adding wood to the fire. Am I making any sense with you? But, to show any sort of negative emotions is evident that he is affecting you.
Now, if what Robert is literally posting a clear violation of the rules and regulation of the website then that is a different matter, am my right. If it were then you would be within your rights to expel him based on the rules and regulations of the website. However, if it were not then you would be wrong to expel him.
In other words, what I am saying is that what should be your guide are the written rules and not your emotions.
I believe that I am right about my judgment.
Incidentally, Mr. Culpepper, I used to receive notification whenever someone commented on a blog I have commented on and not just my own blogs that I posted. Now, I only receive notifications when someone comments on the blogs that I post. Why is that?

Robert reminds me of a coworker of mine who used to worked with me on my very first job at the public library, who was egotistical and a control freak...and felt everyone had to bow down to her like they bow down to Queen Elizabeth. Recently I seen her in the grocery store and she is blind, walking with a cane, and has been told by the doctors she has MS.
I say this because you see, it don't pay to do evil things to people because it always has a way of kicking you in the ass in the long run doesn't it? Robert's a knucklehead and I'm going to continue treating him like a knucklehead.

Okay, let me ask this, how many times have we heard of the saying "it's not WHAT you say, but HOW you say it"?

By Him Who has sent you with the truth, my sister’s tooth shall not be broken, then the opponents of Anas’s sister accepted the compensation and gave up the claim of retaliation. Brother Reginald, the store scenario you used here to describe Robert is similar to what I have been telling some of the members all along my brother, but Harry and others seem to either be missing the point or have selective understanding.
Also this is not the 1st time Robert's been banned from a website. Robert, along with Harry were once members of an Nation of Islam social network my brother owns and both were banned because of the disrespect that comes out of their mouth. You see, that's another thing Robert didn't share with you all. Why? Because it bears witness to right.

I think that we have enough distressing, depressing and sometimes demoralizing news surrounded us day in and day to the point we should be seeking some more pleasant sometimes. I know that I am.
There is a saying that says “It is easier to pull down than to build up” I don’t know who said it but, it’s true. For some it’s much easier to criticize and knock down someone else’s ideas than it is to commend them. Also sadly for some folks it’s more fun to rag on others.
I won’t linger on this subject too long, but I wanted to list a few reasons as to why I think people are so negative online and off.
1. It’s easy to hide behind a computer. There’s a good chance that person will never see you and they will never meet you. Also they know nothing about you, but for some reason they feel the need to say the most horrible things about you and others. Crazy right?
2. It makes them feel better. You know misery loves company. I’m not happy with myself so why should you be? Some people are so depressed and just feeling awful they want others to join the club.
3. Gives a feeling of empowerment. This feeling is a false one actually, once the victim or the audience catches on to their madness.
4. In the age of social media being negative is more positive. Yes what I just said is contradictory, but check this out. NEGATIVE COMMENTS often get the most responses, some people are negative just to be heard. Look at this in groups on FB and gossip blogs. The juicier the better.
5. And lastly some people just don’t realize that they are being negative. I know because I have been there myself. Sometimes we are so prone to negativity and the looking at the glass half empty syndrome that we are negative and we don’t even realize it.
So now that we have some idea of why we do what we do when it comes to being negative online how to deal with it? Or should we deal with it at all?
How To Deal With the Negativity
~ Don’t take it personally.
~ Don’t beat a dead horse. If you feel that you just have to respond then do so. Make your point and move on.
~ Agree to disagree.
~ In the midst of the mess stay positive.
~ Remove yourself from the space you are in. Especially if it’s online most likely you are not forced to be there.
~ Simply ignore them.
~ In the world of social media delete and block. Yes this may seem to be extreme and yes negative, but the extreme is sometimes needed.
Folks that’s why this thing that we call being positive takes practice. Of course being positive 24/7 is not possible and it simply won’t happen because we are human. But making a concerted effort to doing so won’t hurt either. Also leaving a pleasant and supporting message can’t be so bad. Can it?
