At Christmas time, Ladies you know what I’m talking about. Don’t just sit there feeling sorry for yourself, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start expecting to find yourself a better man to share your life with. First you’ve got to get that wrongdoer off your mind, every time you think about him this is what you say. For all the harm you've done, the ones you've hurt, the pain you've caused. For all the evil that you have done to me, may all your evil go back to you! May the hurt you have caused my emotions now hurt only YOU! May the pain you have caused in my heart now be a pain unto YOU. May the lies you have told on me now become lies that are told about YOU. May the loss you have caused me to suffer now become a loss to YOU.

the first thing you got to do is get out the house and start meeting people and feel good about your self ! keave them zero's alone and fine a hero or leave them small fries alone and get you a big mac !

Then women should learn not to be so gulliable! Everything said or... looks good isn't always so. You can almost tell what a man intentions are within a 24 hour period; if you know just what to look for. Sometimes, you can tell in less than 30 seconds! Don't be a prey to all the sweetness and his pity me love stories. His true self will unveil before you so..don't jump into what you think is real love finding and and leaving you only satisfying his lusts.

There are men that mark their territory as you say, they break off but still consider you to be their property. While they are out partying your suppose to feel all alone and waiting for them to give you some more attention.

Women have got to wake up. You can see bull coming a mile away, if women just clear the stars out their eyes. Take it slow. Share breakfast, lunch and dinner, don't share your body. Like these women have stated, usually women can tell, they're just looking for love and don't want to open their eyes. Come on ladies, don't be gullible. Just when you least expect it, BAM, the most amazing man walks into your life, and you're so hung up on that trash, walking around with raggedy slippers, hair all messed up, you can't even see him, and what's more, he can't see you either, look at you, you're a MESS! LOL!

You get so comfortable in a relationship that's going nowhere, that you stop wearing make-up just to keep him from being jealous. My ex use to get upset if I was wearing lipstick or looked like I was going somewhere. That what I call conditioning.

Helen is making some truth about some men. They do like the control-- and that's even when they are telling them they don't look good when they actually do. They like to see them look their worst so that they feel they are no longer wanted by other men. They like to shadow them away from the beautiful person they really are. When they leave them deserted, some women suffer longer in thinking everything is at a lost. Often, these women are depressed and feel worthless without the sense that life is worth living becaise their heart is torn to pieces.
I think it's one BIG headache!... I feel for my sisters who are detraught by such men who uses them. It's so senseless that the good thang in the pants is just a roll in the bed and not real love. When the good thang is thru for some men it's on to another fooling victim of pleasured love.
There are also many women who are like this -- they want nothing but the s*x and leave men just as bitter about women who really wanted to have more intimacy & that long-staying love-- finally leading to a commitment and marriage. They fall into the trap. Men and Women have to start taking emotional love more seriously, it more likely that a good combo is when two of kind find each other, but that's not always the case.
--Equally yoked is the best option of all in my opinion.
