26th Day
Soaring prices has the American consumer's in hands of higher prices at the pumps. Overnight prices rise from day to day. The cause is being aimed at the uprisings in Libya which holds 2% of the U.S. oil and fuel supplier. In some states around the U.S. prices were said to range from $3.25 up to $4.00 per gallon. Gas prices may make it to as high as $5.00 a gallon and many financial experts predict if there isn't a significant turn in the balance of the uprisings. Most Americans are weary to see prices rises, but even though there is no increased demand they contain they have little control on rising gas prices. They pay higher prices and try to get by. Many are thinking of ways to conserve their trips into multi-tasks in order to save buying as often, but say the prices have them running amuck to find the cheapest prices at stations around their areas of towns and cities.
