ENRICHMENTS FROM THE WORD:
HAVING TWO COATS
"For you have the poor with you always,
and whensoever ye will ye may do them good."
[Mark: 47:7]
GOOD DAY!
Yes! it is a good day because God is good in all days of life. For God the Creator is only true goodness there is. You will fine that none is never left without a coat or even having two coats to wear.
HOW DOES ONE GIVE AWAY HIS COATS?
The little we can do to help with having two coats is aiding those who have none. Those are the poor who lack in the most daily supply and those who wander with little in their daily survival of living. One of the coats you can wear is doing what you can, when you can and however you can do. The Word teaches the True Follower to help out those who are needy. Not saying you aid, or feed the whole world, but giving truly and without grudge to those in your immediate life. If you give freely not looking for it back one of your coats in aiding and helping this giving is favorable to God.
GIVING IS A BLESSING...
The True believers of the Lord Jesus Christ recalls his said example of himself in the Word that helping others you are also doing the will and commandment of God in that he who remembers the poor remembers God. Giving up your one or even two coats to the less fortune denotes mercy and love of your fellowman. Greater you’ll find bestowing love instead of popularity or even fame will have you wearing new coats of righteous manners and reflecting the goodness of God. Although the Word uses coats as its example of giving the ideal insight of the passage is in the duty of love your are to give blessings to others in need. If all you have is two coats then giving one blesses another this you will find that giving is a blessing to you and to the receiver.
Never a conclusion…
There is never a conclusion to the existence of the poor, for the Word speaks that the poor is always. Always the needy and those less in fortune, but in helping those of whom we know who are poor and even an sometimes an occasional stranger is a command to give to those who need and those in the love the Lord. This is part of the work of children of God who will inherit his kingdom. Free! The poor and rich has the opportunities of free-giving all aspects; even giving one, two, or more coats of your own clothing of righteousness. Having find you’ll have two coats.. you’ll be enriched with sharing, following and wearing the coat of obedience.
Read, hear, study and obey the Word.
“He that has two coats let him impart to
him that hath none; and he that hath
