HEATING UP! HEAT WAVE SURGES 30 STATES IN THE U.S. (289 hits)

If you've noticed the incredible surge of heat it's possible your city or state may be in the waves of heat making your residence state one in the 30 facing the heat wave. Reaching as far as Maine temperatures soar up to 105 degrees. In the state Oklahoma temps rise up 100 degrees almost everyday. One report sited that more that 24 deaths across the nation has claimed the life of indivuals suffering from heat related causes. In some states it's not only days causing heat waves but even far into the night temperatures are up in high 90's. New York and other cities are doing everything possible to keep the demand for power up and going as more consumption of power to cool down with A.C. is blowing in record setting power usages. Doctors also report increases in patients suffering from heat exhaustion are having several cases of patients becoming sicker because of the heat. Physicans are encouraging persons to drink water and spend less time in the sun as possible taking breaks if you are one to work in daily sun.

Ladies ...it's surely hot! However, I like the summer months most. I just like sunny days, with occasion rains. To each is their own liking. People love talking openly about the weather than any other topic I'm aware of. Almost something is said about weather everywhere in almost every hour.

Thankfully MIISRAEL, here in Ca. we are still in the low side of where our tempatures should be...

last week we wer in teh low 80s...this week we are in teh low 90s.

we are being blessed, but the down side is it is having a negative affect on some of the crops grown here like tomatoes. (smile)
