MEDITATE SUNDAY: SOOTHING MEDITATION TO CALM (300 hits)

Upsets approach us in stressful situations more than sometimes calmness does. We face stress, and family elements along with daily principles that attack our spirit's calm. It is perfectly natural we get upset. However, if time is devoted to meditation daily as the upsets we encounter we will find a calm in midst of storms. The calm is with God’s Word which abide in our thoughts and meditation of heart. God will give your whole spirit calmness in the most tragic of situations that you’ve have faith, trust and obedience and a relaxed view even facing dangerous or life altering components. Devote time to read the Word, allow time to pray without ceasing and trust in the Lord calmly to develop overall your calm and peace of the Holy Spirit. Meditate to calm yourself so that God will enter your thoughts and intake the peace of God’s Spirit. Speak soothing verses or psalms that give you a pause to allow happiness to grace your presence. Think on the virtue of Spiritual bliss and elevate them during your daily mediation and daily living. Step softly, gently and let your whole body, mind, spirit and heart reflect and generate the calmness only you’ll discover with soothing meditation of calm. Even, now you can begin the calmness of Jesus comforting you that He is always within you.

“Neither have I gone back from the commandment
of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth
more than my necessary food.”
[Job: 23:12]

“As new born babes desire the sincere milk of the word,
that ye may grow thereby; If so be ye have tasted that
the Lord is gracious.”
[1 Peter: 2 2-3]

“But he said, Yea, rather blessed are they that hear
the word of God and keep it.”
[Luke: 11:28]

Have the calmness, the soothing spirit that is anxious to inhabit your entire cry. The Word so willing to install everlasting calm always with Word.

Let the words of mouth, the meditation of my heart, be accepted in thy site, O’ Lord my strength and my redeemer. [Psalm: 19:14]

Calmness.
