Just back from the in-laws " Mother's Day" celebration of delicious food, conversation, and dance. This is how it works with Janelle's mother, first of all she is meticulious with planning and schedules. The food was served promptly at 2:00pm with beverages of course. Then the dance session began in her basement promptly at 4:00pm and my in-laws have a nice bar and sound system to boot.
Okay..... Resident Dee Jay was Jake and the party session started with R&B, Funk, and Salsa selections followed by dance club tracks and finalized with line dance tracks.
Ohh. this song was featured after the new remixed version of Michael Jackson's- "Blood On The Dance Floor (Tom Teknik Remix)", before the conclusion of the song I reversed the track to the beginning and blended the beat with precision at the point of MJ words; "got your number. Then "Tech Is That (Peter Brown Remix) started and it got most people "stomping" on the dance floor.
Finally the dance party ended with the notorious 'Dance Line Tracks' in sequence as follows: 1. Harlem Shake Shuffle 2. Cha- Cha- Slide 3. The Wobble 4. The Electric Slide.
Ohh.... my mother-in-law cleared the house around 8:30pm.
