I like lollipops! Even wrote a poem about them.
In this An Odd Story you'll find a world record breaker,...or it could be called a jaw breaker of a lolly! A company called See's Candies recently celebrated Lollipop Day on July 20, 2012 with breaking the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest lollipop. "The giant sucker" if you may call it weighed in at 7,000 pounds making it's display in the Justin Herman Plaza in San Franciso, CA. The hugh pop was made with all the manufacter's ingredients used by See's Candies, but will all be recycled and never eaten! The huge sweet treat will remain on it's diplay, but will make an appearance at the baseball game of the Giants vs. Dodgers on July 29, 2012. The winner beat out previous record holder of a creation by Ashrita Furman in 2009 which weighed 6,514 pounds.

I've never known there ever was
a Lollipop Day?

I lick them fast ....
