Finding employment in these times are difficult for many job seekers. Job fairs help out far as job seeking , but if you're not hired it doesn't give you a pay check and it can cause depression and a look and feeling of a futile future as far as gaining employment anytime soon.
Those who have jobs also face many difficult obtacles. Companies make employee rules that may take on a challenges to carry out. Oftentimes, when this happens, employees might feel new changes, added duties or rules are over-bearing and sometimes they may lead to increase stress and fatigue. Yet, because jobs are few and in-between; not to forget-- hard to become employed --employers can almost take advantage of what they'll have to add as far as limitless duties without providing you an increased salary. There used to be a time when job qualifications stayed within their boundaries, but not so much any longer. Employers are using the little sentence of "other duties as necessary" more often since they are faced with budget cut-backs or, as they lay-off and postpone new hires. This can literary mean you're likely to have no voice at work if you're asked; or told to carry the load of other duties to fulfilled the lack of staffing. It's true life situation, and most of us who have jobs know it's realistic that have become forced with duties of other positions. There's not much to done in many cases, unless the employer has broken some labor laws, then you'll be faced with collecting situations and documentation of such cases for proof, or even perhaps hiring a professional law firm which can be costly. Even then, you're be in a big or a long fight and who knows the company may intimidate you with harassment and possible even termination. No one in days like these really want to be terminated.
This means many who are working, may not necessarily be glad about the job itself, but appreciate the paycheck. They simply keep their voices muffled and go to work regardless of the stressful workload until they look for somethng better suited for their skills and better pay as well. Working quietly, you'll usually say nothing of it, even if you grumble a bit to yourself.
