
If you're one of many people who just don't want to hit the gym during the weekend then you certainly don't have to. Get in some fall cleaning instead and burn some calories while doing so. Here's what you can do today:
1. Start with some house cleaning and burn up to 250 calories/hour.
2. Do some laundry and knock out another 150-200 calories/hour.
3. Rake your lawn and burn up to 350 calories/hour.
If you’re anything like me, you may go on an 8-hour excursion performing these tasks meaning that at the end of the day, you’ll burn well over 1,200 calories without leaving your home.
