An accident of airplane Tupelov 204 Red Wings at Russia's Airport on December 30, 2012 may have been caused by faulty brakes. The plane plunged into a Russian highway killing 5 members on board. Invesigators have removed the "black box" which indicated the pilot having trouble with its braking system. The plane split fuselage into three pieces. If investigations find faulty brakes at fault it will be unholding aviators to have brakes checked in compliance of safety measures. The plane's accident was also recorded by a dash camera of a traveler during its plunge. Debris and a large tire could be seen upon the highway.
