Mary Jane!
Memphis police crime unit followed a tip which seized a two bed home that was loaded with a ton of marijuana. During the raid police found the two room home was filled with stacks of Mary Jane with a street value of $2 million dollars. Four people were arrested and allegedly charged with intent to sell an illegal substance. In addition, police compensated cash totaling $170,000. There were also guns on the property as well. Neighbors looked on said they never suspected anything going on with such a great capacity, but did sometimes see strange cars often in and out at all hours.
That'll bake a nice cake in jail!....

Several hours in the eve of April 02, 2013 the township of Hornlake, MS had a traffic jamm. The major street of Airways was closed off due to a main gas leak. Around 2p.m. People were turned around, and guided away from the major gas leak site. Many stores closed early and the area around the lead was evacuated. Since it was a major leak it took several hours in the night to repair, but soon the leak was stopped with any sudden explosion.
That's cooking with gas!

March 29, 2013 was a day of marches in Memphis as the KKK led their protest to keep 2 of Memphis area parks name as is. Bedford Forrest and Confederate Parks are facing a name change by the City of Memphis Council. The city council has agreed to renaming the parks to reflect more of Memphis History. The clan wants to leave the names as is. Although no altercations occurred anti-clan marches also showed up to protest the clan's idealism of hate and promotion of racism. Police showed up in heavy force to keep down any riots that could of incurred. All marches ended with no violence. About 6o clansmen showed up for the protest.
That'll make a nice batch of chocolates...You never know what you're gonna git!

Great performances at the White House will featured the soulful sounds of Memphis Music. Al Green was scheduled to appear, but suffered a back injury. Sam of Sam and Dave will show and will surely sing Hold on! Memphis own Bar-Kays, & Justin Timberlake will be there and other guest singers like Queen Latifah, Mavis Staples and Booker T. Jones. This is the 10th White House concert performed at the White House with the Obams. The concert is also scheduled to appear on Public Television Networks. A former mayor decided he'd have another one to make his mix well. The former mayor of Oakland, TN decided he'd make Valentine's day a wedding day1 So marry he did. It was only days later that he would be facing his other wife. The mayor was already married. A warrant was issued for his arrest for Bigotry. The ex-mayor was sued by his two wives. Serving only hours in jail the soon to be one of the ex-husband was released on a 250,00 bond. He also negotiated a plan to settle the Bigotry charge.
That's a wedding cake for the husband!
