What other people was Deuteronomy 28 was referring too? I believe that Moses was talking to the future of the Black Hebrew Israelite if his people don't listen to God's voice and keep God's commandments, what was going to happen.
God's promise had to be fulfilled, to the descendant of God's people, which is known today has the Black American.

You are twice the idiot the author of this video is.
Egypt and sheep are mentioned in the video, but in video are Black Americans descendent of plantation slaves.
The country the slaves are in is America and not Egypt and the plantation slaves did not have sheep.
You are trying to transplant my Black American people into the Jewish Bible and say that Black Americans descendent of plantation slaves are Biblical people. You are wrong! If Black Americans were Biblical people we would be plainly written out as Black Americans in the Bible but we are not!

The Jewish people in the State of Israel fit the description of the narrative of the video since Black Americans were never scattered through out all the nations.

Sorry HARRY 2:35 did mention EGYPT however it was in clear reference to this verse in Deuteronomy 28:60 He will bring on you all the diseases of Egypt that you dreaded, and they will cling to you. 61 The Lord will also bring on you every kind of sickness and disaster not recorded in this Book of the Law, until you are destroyed.
