The Bible Unlocked Neither Jew Nor Greek Deception Galatians 328
12 The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.
13 And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:
What I don't understand is why this brother did not breakdown this scripture Galatians 3:28 in a shorter context.
First of all no references was made to linguistic meanings of the word 'gentile' which simply means foreigner/stranger. In the scriptures the word gentile or foreigner is used in different contexts. Paul was basically stating that Israelites are one body, male or female, whether they keep the law or abuse the law. Paul's ministry was in the lands where the Israelite (Gentiles) were not keeping the laws and traditions of the scriptures. There was NO need for him enforcing the law in Israel or Jerusalem because during the Roman occupation the Hebrews were free to worship all of their biblical laws and traditions. Paul studied in Jerusalem under strict law training by Levi priests. Simply a Israelite by seed whom lived in foreign lands, spoke a different language than Hebrew, did not follow the dietary patterns of The Book Of Leviticus, etc. The Tribes of Judah, Benjamin, and Levi in particular considered the Israelite/gentile/foreigner (Goyim-stranger-Hebrew) not Hebrews because they did not keep the laws, traditions of the scriptures. Paul himself was born in Tarsus, Turkey from the tribe of Benjamin and his mission was to bring the Israelite foreigners back to the Hebrew customs by the example of the Messiah (Yahawashi-Jesus).
Whom stressed the requirement of keeping the LAW !
In other scriptural passages the references of the Gentile/Foreigner/Goyim-Stranger refers to the other nations.
The key to understanding the scriptures is the knowledge of Hebrew and the meaning of words. Otherwise the scriptures will be a stumbling block to many!
